| Pascal's Disc Golf Tips |
Follow Through:
During drives, the other arm must follow the rotational movement of the body and to be opposite but in the same plan as the arm which launches the disc. And not located along the body. This supports the style and makes it possible to the player to have a better rotation.
Warm Up:
To warm up, make some throws with a partner by playing catch. Like this, you'll work on precision and style. It is necessary to work the body with the positions of launching, stretching and to frequently play.
Self Control:
Work on your self-control during round in 3 points: -First of all, remember you are there for the pleasure, to relax and enjoy yourself. -Don't think about scores, it's not good to compare and calculate scores with other players in your group. After each hole, concentrate on the next one and try to forget the last you played, on which you perhaps made an error. -To talk with other players can bring a calm and relaxed spirit. You will see, you'll be better in your game and you'll more easily control your progression during rounds.
Better Performance in Rain or Snow:
Neoprene socks are very practical and almost essential to keep your feet warm and dry. Heavy clothing is cumbersome, so choose a good breathable textile fiber. The shoes in gore-tex are ideal. With the proper clothing you won't need an umbrella, which will often distract you and take your mind off of your game. Do not hesitate to take a stock of towels for your discs, especially if you do not play with FLX or ESP.
The Skip Shot:
If you have an approach with an obstacle (tree, thicket, maybe wind) located between you and the basket, do not hesitate to use a driver, even for a very short distance. Launch it very low near to the ground and with a sufficient angle so that it can skip on the ground to get around your obstacle or under the wind.

ESP and Z Surge (172-174) |
One of the best drivers in the game. You can make very long straight shots, a stable disc with a very nice glide from the ESP line. When I tried it, I realized that my drive gained 20 meters! I use the Z line also for very long, skippy shots.
|
X Tracker (170-172) |
I use the Tracker for long, wide open anhyzer shots. I have two in my bags, one used, one new.
|
X Reaper (172-174) |
An excellent disc in windy conditions. It goes very straight and flat, you can easily control it according to the power and spin that you give.
|
Z Avenger (172-174) |
A very good headwind and overstable disc. I used it for sidearm. This disc is also brilliant in wet conditions.
|
ESP Pulse (172-174) |
Very great disc face to the wind, nice for long left curve.

Z Buzzz (172-174) |
Very stable disc for long straight shots. I play it in full safety.
|
X Buzzz (172-174) |
The midrange I use in the woods or for hyzer shots. It replaced my MRV.

X Soft Challenger (172-174) |
I use it for approaches and putts, a very nice grip. The more flexible Soft version deadens its fall on the ground.
