The ColorMax™ process allows you to print discs with high-resolution color artwork.
There is a minimum order of 25 discs total with a minimum of 10 discs per model. ColorMax designs are only available on select Elite-X™ and Elite-Z™ models. These discs normally will be white or clear to ensure the brightest color. You can also use the ColorMax™ process to print highly detailed black and white artwork on colored discs.

Now you can get better variety out of your order. We allow the option of choosing ESP™, FLX™, Elite-Z™ and Elite-X™ plastic within your minimum quantity per model. This is available for both hot stamp and ColorMax™ orders. Instead of ordering 25 X-Cyclones™, you can order 15 X-Cyclones™ and 10 Z-Cyclones™. There is a minimum of 5 discs per disc type. Remember to order early: minimum turnaround time on custom orders is four weeks.

How Does Custom Ordering Work?
The steps for ordering:
- Review your printing options and decide which process (hot stamping, ColorMax or SuperColor) is right for you.
- Fill out a custom order form.
- We will respond within 3-4 business days with your quote. While you are waiting, please carefully read our art specifications to ensure your art will conform to our printing processes.
- Once you have your quote, send us your art for a compatibility review.
- When your art is approved, we will begin to process your order.
Timeline:
The time between sending your quote request to receiving your discs is typically 4 to 6 weeks. Rush orders are often possible.

Custom Order Minimums (Golf):
Hot stamp: 100 discs total with a minimum of 25 discs per model
ColorMax: 25 discs (50 for tourney/club specials), minimum of 10 discs per model.
SuperColor: 50 discs total, 50 discs per model.
